Experience Requirements:

• Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Communication: Clear and professional phone and email communication skills. Keeps track of customer vehicles at each stage of the repair process and updates customers along the way.
• Organizational Skills: Efficient in managing files, scheduling, multitasking, and maintaining an organized office environment.
• Social Media Management: Experience creating content and managing posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Photo/Video Editing: Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar software for editing visuals.
• Graphic Design: Ability to create simple marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media management and basic editing/design tasks.

Experience Requirements:

• Bodywork: Proficient in dent removal, panel replacement, and structural repair using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Painting: Skilled in surface preparation, color matching, and application of paint using spray guns and other equipment.
• Welding: Competence in welding for vehicle part repair or replacement (preferred).
• Frame Repair: Ability to assess and repair damaged vehicle frames using frame machines and other equipment to restore structural integrity.
• Final Inspection: Ability to perform quality checks to ensure repairs meet industry standards.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in bodywork and painting, with 2+ years of welding and frame repair experience preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• Disassembly: Expertise in removing vehicle components (trim, panels, bumpers) without causing damage, using hand and power tools. 
• Reassembly: Skill in correctly reinstalling parts, ensuring proper fit and function.
• Tool Use: Must provide and maintain personal tools required for disassembly and reassembly.
• Documentation: Accurate recording of parts removed and reinstalled, with attention to detail.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an R&I role or related automotive work. Windshield removal & installation experience preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• PDR Techniques: Mastery of tools and methods for removing dents without paint, including oversized hail dents and large door dings.
• Minor Collision Repair: Skilled in push-to-paint techniques for preparing surfaces for paintwork.
• Tool Use: Must provide and maintain personal PDR tools, with a strong ability to use them efficiently.
• Damage Assessment: Accurate judgment of dent repair feasibility and expected outcomes.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a PDR technician.
